The Human Resources Department has produced a guide entitled Employing People with Disabilities, that has been specifically designed for managers and supervisors.
The Equity and Diversity Unit have also created a guide called Strategies for Inclusive Communication: Interacting with people with a disablilty that provides advice on how to adopt Inclusive Communication practices.
